1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer a 3-day return and replacement policy after delivery, strictly under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
The product is incorrect (wrong size, wrong color, or completely different item).
Parts of the product are missing.
Note: Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind (customer no longer wants the item) are not acceptable.
2. Condition of the Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging.
3. Proof Required
To process your return or replacement request smoothly, customers are required to provide:
A clear video or photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
The original shipping label/invoice visible on the package.
