Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery Area: We deliver to all emirates and cities across the UAE.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping Cost: Free Shipping across the UAE on all orders (Limited Time Offer).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package and make the cash payment.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

5. Damages and Issues
If you receive your order damaged or missing parts, please take clear photos or a short video of the package and contact our support team immediately within 3 days so we can arrange a quick replacement.
